I have only used my cargo carrier twice and the only problem is (as stated by M. Dong) that it is too low. If the design was modified or raised about four inches it would be fine. The problem throwing coolers or firewood on the rack is that it hangs too low for my Santa Fe and I don't want to bottom out. I will be getting a trailer hitch riser soon and I hope this fixes the issue.

The problem with most of the hitches on the market today is trying to find one that folds AND rises high enough so that it does not bottom out for those of us who has a lower SUV or even a car.

Other than that this product is heavy and well made. Much better than any aluminum carrier.
