Attack on Titan Shingeki no Kyojin Eren Jaeger Cosplay Costume Male Size M Review

I am quite pleased with this costume. I got it with the survey corps logo and it looks great. I got them embroidered for no extra charge which makes the costume more official but in my opinion the print on the back (as you cannot get the large logo embroidered) looks better than the smaller logos that were embroidered.

I recommend getting this tailored when purchasing as it cost me no extra money when ordering. I got in contact with a gentleman named Tim and he was very helpful getting the costume to fit just right.

The only reason that this product did not receive 5 stars is because I believe the quality of the small things could have been slightly higher: The buttons for the front pockets are just for show. The buckles on the straps are a slightly lower quality than I expected.

While the buttons and buckles were lower quality the fabric is wonderful. The straps themselves are very high quality and the cloth is well made.

How to put on the straps was hard to figure out but you should be smart enough to understand them with a little time.

All and all, great product and don't forget to send your sizes if you don't match the pre-made sizes.

Attack on Titan Shingeki No Kyojin Mikasa Ackerman Cosplay Costume Female Size M Review

Overall, the costume is fantastic. Everything was in good quality and most of it fit just right. The item also arrived about one and a half weeks before it was said to arrive! (Arrived Oct. 18th vs Expected Delivery on Oct, 22-Nov, 2nd) I will try to put up some pictures if I have time later. I'm going to split this review for the different parts of the costume:

JACKET: The jacket is really made of good material. It's just slightly darker than described in the picture, but that's due to lighting for the picture. It's not so dark though; it looks like the color they have in the anime. You can request the patches to be either embroidered on or printed on; I got them embroidered on. As I said before: it was nicely done. The only complaint is that it was slightly small for me. I'm about 115 lbs. so I'm not 'big' per say; I normally fit into the size (Female:Small), but it was sort of tight. it wasn't so tight that I didn't like it, however, it's just not a 'perfect' fit. You can't tell that it's tight from an outsider's perspective, though.

HARNESS/STRAP THINGS: It's made out of pleather, so if you were expecting leather, like no. The work done on it is really, really nice. The buttons are mostly for show, but they don't look too cheap. As any fan may have noticed, the lower leg straps DO NOT go all the way to your feet, like they do in the anime. They kind of awkwardly stop right where the knee section is (you can see from the product picture). The belt part (the part right about the apron kind of thing) is kind of high; it rests a little above my hips. My only real bad complaint is because the the leg straps. The four belts that run horizontally across your leg are different sizes. (two longer, two shorter). The two shorter ones were a little tight, and the two longer ones were either just right or a little loose.

APRON: It's made out of fabric that is a little stretchy, which is nice. It fits just right, but since the belt is a little higher than necessary, there's a little space in between. This can be easily fixed if you attached it to something around the belt.

Overall, it's a good costume. For something that's bought online, it's really good. I would recommend this to people who want to cosplay in the future. On the side note, remember to check the measurements! If you don't fit a particular size, contact the seller. Showtimecosplay is REALLY good with customer service. If you need to give them any measurements, give an inch or two leeway because although you do measure yourself exactly, clothing is still supposed to be looser. The guy that assists you named Tim is really helpful.

The belt system IS confusing. But that isn't seller's fault; it's naturally just really confusing. When you're trying to put the belts on, I would try to have a picture of how the straps are supposed to look while you're trying it on for the first and second time.
*I didn't buy the shirt and the pants; I just bought the straps, the jacket, and the apron. I paid less for this. Like said before, Showtimecosplay is really helpful and they will help you with anything.

I was looking for a comfortable shoe I could wear with pants, shorts, AND casual skirts. This one fits the bill perfectly for me. I'm on my feet a lot at work, and have had problems with plantar fasciitis in the past, so my arches and heels have the tendency to get super sore if I wear shoes with too little cushion and support. These shoes are light - not excessively padded - but for me, they have a perfect amount of support and cushion to keep my feet from hurting. I also think they look delicate and feminine enough to wear with a casual skirt - not bulky and awkward looking, like wearing a more athletic shoe with a skirt.

I was a little concerned about the elastic cords being too tight and possibly rubbing blisters on the tops of my feet. I have narrow to medium-width feet, and have had minimal problems with the cords. Every now and again, probably when I throw my shoes on in a hurry, I realize one of the cords is kind of twisted and is too tight on my foot, but all I have to do is adjust it to where it is comfortable, and it stays that way.

Also, for the record, whenever the shoes get wet, they dry quickly. I think this is a sweet shoe. I highly recommend it.

Decided to pick one of these up for my golf outings for the morning tee offs which has helped me get through the morning chill while playing. Once I turn it on it produces instant heat.
