I find this a wonderful training tool. I purchased this HRM and speed/distance watch due to it supporting Apple Mac operating system (Polar does not)

Loading up the data following a run is very easy via the supplied wireless USB interface (POLAR you need to buy the interface at additional cost) and the software us excellent for reviewing a workout and for planning new ones.

I have created advanced interval workouts with the software, downloaded it to my watch and then had the watch tell me what to do in my workout with instructions.

Having calibrated it a few times, I now find it to be >99% accurate.

For Mac users, the is an OSX version of the software that you might need to find on the web via one of the user group websites, otherwise I believe it comes with Os 9 software.

I also do some swimming and use the clear display and lap timers to good effect.

All told this Watch/HRM/SDM is indispensible for me now. I also own a Polar 625X which I use on the Bike. However the Polar has poor menus and feels very clumsy. If I had to loose on, it would be the PPOLAR
