These bags rock. They quickly release from the bike, are highly visible, fit enough gear for several days on the road, and are mostly waterproof. They come with a "fully" waterproof cover, but I've never had to use it. A few negatives, but it's reaching because I really dig the bags:

- I wish it came with a built-in locking mechanism
- You can't wear it on your back as a backpack
- The color is not quite hi-vis green, but it's close enough that it works well in the fog.
- If the hidden compartment on the bottom is full, but the bag is otherwise empty, the plastic strap keepers can run into your spokes.

I'm using them on a 2011 Specialized Tricross Sport with the Tricross Rack. It appears that this could mount on any rack however.
