The functionality of this vest is pretty awesome. The amount of pouches make it great for carrying stuff, the pod belt lets you carry any size pod and allows you to carry several pods. The molle system makes it convenient to add, change, or remove pouches.

There is a slot for a water bladder but the bladder fit in it awkwardly, and there's no place for the hose to secure to so it would just hang ther inconveniently.

My greatest dislike is the sizing. I weigh 150 lbs and have a thin upper body. It says one size fits most but I as tight as I could get all the straps, it's still very baggy.
