I bought the Indo Board to help me build my minor muscle groups especially in my legs and hips. It works. I use it with a cushion and I am stronger and more stable after just a couple of weeks. I am a P90X fan and I use the IB with my workouts - what a challenge! I highly recommend an IB for anyone who wants to take their workouts to the next level. I never knew how much I needed to add balance work to my routine. It is also helping to minimize my back pain which is a huge plus.

On a side note - the family loves to play on the IB while watching TV and it's really helping my little people snow ski. Their balance has improved markedly too! Cool!
