Really liked everything about this jacket and was happy my son did, too--except when, the night before we are leaving for our ski trip, the snap which holds the neck together, and also one of the snaps on the snow skirt, pulls right off when trying to pull them apart. The metal that holds the snap on is very flimsy and just bends as soon as there is any attempt to pull it apart, finally just pulling away from the fabric altogether. I'm stuck now--do I really need the snaps? (Not really, there are velcro strips at the neck) but then why should I have to settle for a defective product just because I have no time to re-order (and I have been ordering gear for the last 3 weeks in preparation for this trip!)? Darn! Such a shame.
