Not heavy at all. This is a great item that we purchased for my wife to match her BIC SUP board we purchased here on Amazon. You can read that review on the board. :)

Anyhow, this is a light and probably the lightest adjustable paddle we have ever seen. Great quality and very durable for beginner/moderate users. It is not carbon fiber super light but light enough. I would recommend this for anyone, especially at this price point. Cool looking too. :)
