Wenger IBEX Technical 3500 Cubic Inch Internal Frame Pack (Grey/Black) Review

I bought this pack for my upcoming trip to Europe. 3500 cubic inches of space can fit two jeans, six shirts, two jackets, one towel, 12 pairs of socks, one pair of sneakers, 6 underwear, and a shopping bag full of toiletries and random stuff. Feels comfy on my back, a little stiff, but there is a break in period. Metal slats support the back, they can be bent to better fit you. Sholder straps very adjustable, as well as hip strap. Comes with big rain cover to protect pack. Basically it just has the one huge compartment that has three access points(top, side, bottom) and then on smaller compartment on the back that can hold, smaller accessories. The only thing i wish is that there should be a way to hide or zip up the sholder and hip straps so that its easier to check into the airport. Seems a little bigger than carry on limitations, but im going to risk it. Ill write another review after my trip to let you know how it held up!

I havent worn it for that long yet. Construction seems ok, but then again they pack is remarkable cheap ($54!) Comes with life-time warranty, just fill out the registration card and mail it. If you want a good pack at this price range (I've seen similar pack at this size for three times as much!!) then it will work. Maybe not for the extreme hiker who needs something that can fall off a cliff and still be in prestene condition. But for the average hiker, or European Backpacker it fits the bill perfectly!

Note: when I recieved my pack it was actually red grey and black, not the color shown in the photo. I didnt mind though, I actually like the red better.
